Wild Fern Farm Assistant Grower Position

We are looking for energetic folks to join our farm team for the 2025 season!

Wild Fern Farm is a small scale, woman-owned, certified organic vegetable farm located in Kingston, New Hampshire. Our mission is to work with and learn from the land to grow nutritious, flavorful, high quality produce for our neighbors. Started in 2021, the farm consists of about 3/4 acre of cultivated land as well as an additional 2,500 square feet of high tunnel space. We grow mainly May-December with some winter greens production. Wild Fern Farm is located on leased land at the historic Bakie Farm, which is currently home to multiple farm businesses that share land, equipment, resources and support.

The farm is designed to stay small, efficient and at a hand scale. Which means the farm needs smart, energetic, hard working people to operate it! With a farm team of just Liz and 1-2 crew members, you get the opportunity to take part in most aspects of vegetable production! We take your learning goals into account for the season and we can really focus on strengthening your skills as a vegetable grower.
